Built in Tudor fashion the hotel takes its name from an imaginary bird connected with 17th century May day celebrations in the area. We have 33 well appointed ensuite bedrooms and have just recently added our brand new state of the art leisure centre incorporating an 18 metre swimming pool, gymnasium, spa and sauna.
